This is a fun fast 5k! Held annually the Sunday after Thanksgiving at 9:00 am this race features an MDI YMCA staff member dressed as a turkey who gets to start a bit before the pack and will finish mid-pack. Anyone who beats the turkey is entered to win a FABULOUS dessert on the spot from a local baker! This race is a fundraiser for the MDI YMCA whose mission is to ensure everyone can access membership and programming regardless of ability to pay.
