Personal Fitness Training
$47 per hour members, $70 per hr non-members
$32 one-half hour (members only)
$410 for ten full hour sessions (members only)
$300 for ten 1/2 hour sessions (members only)

Group Personal Training
2 in group, $24 per person, per hour
3 in group, $16 per person, per hour
4 in group, $12 per person, per hour
Members only. This is a great way to get the personalized attention of a personal trainer at an affordable price. Gather your friends and get in shape together!

Personal Training Staff

Wellness Director Lisa Tweedie (pictured above in center) has worked at the Y for 11 years. She is AFAA certified and also holds AFAA.s Group Exercise and Step Reebok certifications. In addition to personal training, Lisa leads cycling and aerobic classes. Her specialty is adapting exercise programs to meet an individual’s needs.

Jessica Ganong (pictured above on left) is a YMCA certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer. She teaches several fitness classes, as well as springboard and high school diving.

Ashley Stanton (pictured above on right) is a YMCA certified Personal Trainer. When she isn’t training people of all ages, she is teaching indoor cycling, bootcamp and other fitness classes. Ashley is an elite cyclist and competed in the Mt. Washington Race in July.

Jessica Nickels is an ACE certified personal trainer. She competed in Division I swimming at The University of Maine and recently qualified for the United States Masters National Swim Meet in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jessica coaches the Y Master’s Swim Team.

Glenna Lampner holds NSCA and AFAA Personal Training Certifications. She instructs cycling, muscular strength classes and specialty clinics at the Y. Glenna enjoys training people of all ages and abilities.
