Pilates Mat Work
This mind-body discipline combines core stabilization and mobility training. Exercise using inner mental focus while concentrating on muscular movement synchronization and breathing patterns. Careful attention to form and alignment is stressed.
Yoga - Free for MDI Y Members!
Yoga classes are offered throughout the year at the MDI YMCA. Please see the fitness schedule for times and dates. Yoga helps eliminate tension, enriches blood circulation, stretches the body and relaxes the mind.
Group Power
It is the original barbell class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Group Power delivers real results, real fast. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, you’ll discover why Group Power is your hour of power! Jazzercise
Jazzercise, created by Judi Shepard Misset, has been the world's leading dance-fitness program for over 35 years. It blends aerobics, yoga, Pilates and kickboxing movements into fun dance routines set to fresh new music. All fitness levels are welcome. Contact Leslie for more information at 288-2114. Pass Holders are eligible to attend any and all jazzercise classes held in Hancock County. Registration for classes is based on an 8-week, continuous basis.

Multi-Level Indoor Cycling
Enjoy a great workout, exploring techniques at different intervals, all while riding to the tempo of the song. Excellent, energetic instructors welcome all skill levels.
Ready, Fit! - Free for everyone!
This class is for new exercisers or individuals who want a gentler group exercise pace. Participants will slowly increase individual fitness levels & have fun at the same time! Session includes aerobic, free weights and stability ball workouts.
