AM Abs
Free for Members! Non-members pay day fee.
Complete 20-minutes of intense ab & core exercises before most people have had their first cup of coffee. All fitness levels welcome.

This class combines a variety of cardio exercises with strength training segments. Burn fat and sculpt muscles while increasing cardio endurance. All fitness levels welcome!

Boot Camp
Free for Members! Non-members pay day fee.
A combination of fast moving, athletic drills and strength exercises using body weight as resistance. Jump rope, perform planks and push-ups. Get ready to sweat! This is a high intensity class, but all exercises can be performed at your own pace.

Muscular Strength w/Stability Ball
Members Free! Non-members pay day fee.
Listen to music while performing strengthening exercises that draw from Pilates, yoga and traditional weight training disciplines. All levels welcome.

Body Sculpting
Free for Members! Non-members pay day fee.
Each class blends a variety of resistance exercises (using tubes, weights, bands and body weight) for a head-to-toe workout. The balance between strength, endurance and flexibility is emphasized as participants work at their own pace.

BOSU Blast!
Free for Members! Non-members pay day fee.
The BOSU Balance Trainer is a completely unique and multidimensional training device that integrates core training, functional sports training and balance training. Improve cardiovascular fitness while strengthening muscles in this cutting edge class.

Cardio Kickboxing
Free for Members! Non-members pay day fee.
Punch and kick the stress away! This energizing workout provides excellent cardiovascular training and total body conditioning, while developing a sense of confidence and strength.

Pilates Mat Work
This mind-body discipline combines core stabilization and mobility training. Exercise using inner mental focus while concentrating on muscular movement synchronization and breathing patterns. Careful attention to form and alignment is stressed.

Traditional pilates mat work & exercises using the BOSU Balance Trainer.

Pedal & Pilates - New!
Ever wanted to try indoor cycling but are afraid you can’t keep up? This class is for all levels and abilities! Class starts with an invigorating, indoor cycling adventure. The last half hour is spent toning the core with mat Pilates. What a great combo!
